The ballast for your aftermarket HID kit should always be placed somewhere dry and airy.
We recommend near the headlamp in the engine bay.
There are two distinct advantages for this.
Easy access, should you ballast fail and need replacing you can access it easily.
Being higher up, its more likely to avoid water damage.
