BMW 1 Series hid conversion kit by Autolights.

The autolights canbus pro hid kit is a simple plug and play kit, and is well equipped for the bmw 1 series.

When installing autolights canbus pro hid kit, there is no need toremove the headlight completeley, simply remove the back cover and replace the halogen H7 bulb with a H7 hid bulb from the canbus pro hid kit.

And changing the side lights to Led are just as simple, just remove the T10 / 501 halogen bulbs and replace with the T10 canbus led bulbs.

The hid kit installed in this car was a H7R (anti glare) 6000k canbus pro slim line kit.

Do not forget to replace the cover on the back of the light!

NOTE: This particular model much like the BMW Z4 has a distinct problem with condensation, so we strongly suggest that after placing the H7 hid kit, and replacing the cover back, you use a sealant around the cover to prevent excessive mositure from getting inside the head lampl housing.

Ferrari Modena hid / Xenon conversions have to be one of the easiest conversions to do.

Unbelievable as it may seem, this Ferrari does not come with xenon lighting as standard!

Access to the lighting module, is via the access flaps in the wheel arch, simply unscrew the cover and remove the 9005 halogen bulbs.

Replace with a 9005 Hid kit (6000k is recommended, but the choice is yours).

The end result is a Ferrari the way its supposed to be!

We also replaced the the side lights with T10 canbus Leds

An aston is not an aston if it does not have xenon lighting.

We upgraded this Irish spec vantage V8 from standard halogen to 6000k.

Hid kit used – H11 Canbus stage 1.

Installation time 45min.

Using the H11 hid kit is straight forward enough, the H11 Hid / Xenon bulbs simply twist in place, no clips, no holders.

What does it all mean?

The ‘K’ is an abbreviation for KELVIN which is a temperature scale.

A higher ‘K’ value results in more colour.

A lower   ‘K’ value results in more usable light.

4300k – factory fitted spec

6000k – is what we all really want (generally speaking) – it gives you an ice white finish with a hint of blue.

8000k – best described as iceburg white, it has more blue in it than white, and the colour of 8000k has a distinct blue overture.

10000k – is blue, again not something we like to advise but some of us out there just want a blue finish.

12000k – gives of a slightly magenta finish – not a road legal colour.

The most popular hid colour is 6000k.

Its becomming more and more common for factory fitted ballasts to fail, and the Porsche Cayenne is no different.

This Mini had the 6000k Hid conversion, it took under 45 minutes to do.

We decided to uses a canbus stage 1 kit for this beast of a car.

6000k gives gives and ICE WHITE finish with a hint of blue.

The Fog lights were also converted to 6000k.
